心理韧性与后疫情时代学业适应:中国大学生的潜在剖面分析

Abstract

本研究采用潜在剖面分析(LPA)识别中国大学生(n=8,634,来自24所高校)的心理韧性类型,并考察其与新冠疫情限制结束两年后学业适应结果的差异性关联。发现四种韧性剖面:"蓬勃发展型"(21.3%)、"恢复型"(38.7%)、"挣扎型"(28.4%)和"萎靡型"(11.6%)。多项Logistic回归显示,疫情前心理健康史、社会支持质量和学业自我效能感显著预测剖面归属。与"蓬勃发展型"相比,"萎靡型"的学业警告风险(OR=3.82)、社交退缩(OR=4.15)和职业犹豫不决(OR=2.96)显著更高。朋辈辅导参与调节了韧性剖面与学业结果的关系,提示其为可行的干预靶点。
