摘要
本比较案例研究考察了不同社会资本配置如何塑造四个中国大学城的创业生态系统：徐州(江苏师范大学集群)、合肥(中科大集群)、武汉(武汉大学集群)和成都(四川大学集群)。基于布迪厄资本理论和创业生态系统文献，采用模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA)和84份半结构化访谈(创始人、大学管理者、地方政府官员)。结果揭示了两条通向生态系统活力的路径：依赖产学研网络的"桥接资本"路径(合肥、武汉)和由校友网络与地方政府支持驱动的"纽带资本"路径(徐州、成都)。两种路径各有优势，与地方制度情境的匹配度决定了效果。
