Submission Guidelines

Manuscript Preparation

General Requirements

  • Manuscripts must be written in English
  • Use 12-point Times New Roman or similar serif font
  • Double-spaced throughout, including references
  • Page margins: 2.5 cm (1 inch) on all sides
  • Maximum length: 8,000 words (excluding references and appendices)
  • File format: Microsoft Word (.docx) or OpenDocument (.odt)

Manuscript Structure

Research articles should follow this structure:

  1. Title Page — Title, author names, affiliations, corresponding author email, ORCID IDs
  2. Abstract — 150–300 words summarizing purpose, methods, results, and conclusions
  3. Keywords — 4–6 keywords separated by semicolons
  4. Introduction — Background, research gap, objectives
  5. Literature Review (if applicable)
  6. Methodology — Research design, data collection, analysis methods
  7. Results — Findings presented clearly with tables and figures
  8. Discussion — Interpretation, implications, limitations
  9. Conclusion — Summary and future research directions
  10. References — APA 7th Edition format

Tables & Figures

  • Tables and figures must be embedded within the text at appropriate points
  • All tables and figures must be numbered consecutively and have descriptive captions
  • Figures should be high resolution (minimum 300 DPI)

References

Use APA 7th Edition citation style. Examples:

  • Journal article: Author, A. A., & Author, B. B. (Year). Title of article. Title of Periodical, volume(issue), pages. https://doi.org/xxxxx
  • Book: Author, A. A. (Year). Title of work. Publisher. https://doi.org/xxxxx

Submission Process

  1. Register an account on our platform
  2. Log in and navigate to "Make a Submission"
  3. Follow the 5-step submission wizard
  4. Upload your manuscript file
  5. Complete metadata entry (title, abstract, keywords, co-authors)

Upon submission, you will receive a confirmation email. The editorial team will conduct an initial review within 5 business days.
